How to Buy Real Estate Using Annuities
You can borrow against an annuity to buy real estate, similar to a 401k loan. It’s not withdrawing entirely, but taking a loan on those funds. What to Consider About Cash Out Refinances
I’m sure there’s a scenario in which a cash out refinance makes sense, but for me personally, I’ve never been a fan of going this route. When you get a cash out refinance, you’re getting an entirely new mortgage. I personally prefer using a HELOC instead. It’s an entirely different financial product that doesn’t utilize amortized interest and has a shorter loan length. Run the numbers on both options and see what works better for you.
