How Bryan Got Started in Real Estate
Bryan started diving into our YouTube channel in order to build his financial education. Although Bryan was experienced in investing in the stock market, he began to realize that real estate could offer more steady and stable returns. He loved that Morris Invest focuses on education first, so he decided to book a free call to learn more about our investing process.
What Bryan’s Investing Experience Has Been Like
Bryan works with Josh on our team. First he purchased a three bedroom townhome in Texas. He liked the numbers, and he was encouraged by the fact that Josh also purchased a property in the same development. He felt confident in buying the property site unseen with the help of Google Maps and a third party inspector. After a successful first purchase, Bryan is now under contract to buy a second property this summer. Eventually his goal is to attain 10 properties.
