How to Invest in the US from Overseas
If you’re thinking about investing in the US as an international investor, you need not worry about booking a flight for closing. We work with international investors on a regular basis. What to Consider About Investing in a College Town
College markets can be overpriced, but all markets are overpriced right now. If I had the opportunity to house-hack in a college town while I was in school, I would take that opportunity! When house-hacking, you can live for free, build up your portfolio, and start building wealth. When the question is “should I invest now or later?” I think the answer is always now! When it comes to building wealth, starting sooner is always recommended.
