In addition, he claims that the key to success is to be a true leader. A CEO should be focused on servanthood, because a business owner needs to supply his or her team with the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
Why New Construction Is So Powerful
Greg explains that new construction is an entirely different animal than existing properties. New construction is more predictable, easier, more efficient, and strategic. The benefit of new construction is that it’s more appealing to consumers—new construction properties typically rent for more and sell for more. People like shiny new things, so new construction is more desirable and creates more income.
What to Look for in a New Development Site
A healthy new development site is typically an empty lot in an existing, mature neighborhood. It’s important to construct new homes in areas where there is existing demand. Greg claims that while many developers believe the mantra, this is not necessarily true.
