How to Understand Appreciation in Real Estate
You might think that high appreciation is a good thing when it comes to buying real estate. However, Jas says you should think of appreciation like ‘The Tortoise and the Hare’ — slow and steady wins the race. While appreciation is ideal, you don’t want to see extreme swings. The main reason is, what comes up must come down.
What It Takes to Be an Ethical Real Estate Agent
A real estate agent has one main job: to negotiate the best deal for their client. An honest and dependable agent should not be pushy or manipulative. Agents should make it easy for people to buy, and answer their questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.
How Real Estate Professionals Can Create Engaging Content
If you want to create content, the best thing you can do is start. Don’t worry about how you will create dozens of pieces of content; just start with one. Jas recommends being self-aware and thinking about what comes most naturally to you. This can be video, audio, or written word. Start producing content about something you’re passionate about, and you will attract like-minded people. From there, you will start to get questions from your audience, and that is the best way to serve them.
