  • How Michael’s portfolio has been affected by the pandemic.
  • Why Michael recommends working with a full-service real estate company.
  • Michael’s experience purchasing rental properties with conventional financing.
  • And much more!

How Michael’s Portfolio Has Been Affected by the Pandemic

Luckily, Michael has not had any devastating issues with his portfolio during 2020. None of his tenants have experienced job losses, and most were able to keep up on rent throughout the pandemic. For those tenants who have fallen behind, Michael was able to work with them until they received relief from government programs or charities.

Why Michael Recommends Working with a Full-Service Real Estate Company

As an investor who has purchased rental properties on his own as well as with a full-service real estate company, Michael has a clear preference. He finds working with a company like Morris Invest much more convenient. With Morris Invest, Michael didn’t have to do market research, vet a property management team, pay for costly renovations, or seek out financing options. Full service real estate investing gives you all the tools you need to succeed.

Michael’s Experience Purchasing Rental Properties with Conventional Financing

It’s no secret that interest rates are at a historic low. Right now, you can expect mortgage rates to hover around 3%. Michael decided to refinance his rental properties this year, and also purchased a rental property with non-recourse financing.
