The Best Rental Markets for Investing

We do extensive market research, we invest exclusively in landlord friendly states in the most desirable school districts. How to Take Advantage of Buydown Credits
Because we are offering buydown credits on some of our properties, our investors can gain access to record low rates. Unless rates fall significantly in the next couple years, a rate buydown is going to be the best deal you can get. My Thoughts on Precious Metals & Real Estate
I believe that tangible assets like gold, silver, and real estate are the best way to build and preserve your wealth. If you’re able to, I think it’s great to have a portfolio that holds all of these asset classes. Even if governments and currencies collapse, hard assets always stand the test of time.
