On this episode you’ll learn:

  • What we learned from the recent CPI report.
  • How lower rates of inflation will impact the housing market.
  • What investors should anticipate for 2024.

What We Learned from the Recent CPI Report

The CPI report, which measures inflation, showed lower costs since last year. This data affirms that the Federal Reserve is likely done raising interest rates.

How Lower Rates of Inflation Will Impact the Housing Market

Lower rates of inflation indicate that a hot market could happen in 2023. There is a lot of demand right now, and interest rates are hot. All of that pent up demand will result in a rush toward buying properties. We could see bidding wars and a skyrocketing of housing prices.

What Investors Should Anticipate for 2024

If you have the means to buy real estate by the end of the year, you can beat out the competition coming in spring of 2024. Interest rates have already started their slow decline, and they aren’t predicted to lower much more.
