How to Plan Your Path to Financial Freedom
If you’re using your funds to get high returns through Connect Invest, I think it’s a great way to start investing and build up enough for a down payment. Paying down debt can be a smart financial move, but just consider your interest rates. If the rates are low enough, you may want to prioritize investing more and paying down less. Ways to Access Equity When Your Property Is in an LLC
Some lenders might require you to transfer your properties out of LLC to get a loan, but not all. I would suggest shopping around to find a lender who can help you reach your goals. How to Use a First Position HELOC to Buy Assets
A first position HELOC can be a great tool for reaching your investing goals, but they can be hard to find.
