More About This Show
Pablo is a London based tech entrepreneur, who is interested in increasing his net worth. Through extensive research, he concluded that buy and hold real estate investing would be the most profitable avenue for him to pursue. As an avid listener to the podcast, Pablo understood the benefits of building a passive income through rental real estate.
He began exploring his options, but without money to invest, Pablo’s options seemed slim. When he calculated his Freedom Number, he found that to sustain his lifestyle in London, he’d need to acquire 50 properties. Pablo's Freedom Number is much lower but he aims high, and his desired lifestyle number is 50!
Instead of giving up, Pablo decided to work harder. He knew that given his circumstances, he’d have to think outside the box. He reached out to our team about his options moving forward. On today’s show, I’m giving Pablo my advice on how he can make find financial freedom through real estate investing.
I’m offering him four specific steps he can take to move closer to his goal of being a real estate investor. We’ll talk specifically about securing private lending, including how to talk to investors, and the different ways to structure a note.
We’ll also talk about making connections with other investors, and how to approach a meet up. Additionally, we’ll discuss how to assess if a property is a good investment, and how to think about long-term strategy and remain focused during the “buy” phase of investing.
We’re ready to talk about your goals and want to help you learn more about earning legacy wealth for you and your family.
