More About This Show
Keith is a single dad who has spent the last 20 years working in the corporate sales world. Although he’s achieved success in his career, he always felt compelled to get his hands in the real estate business.
He’s watched multiple family members find financial stability through real estate, and he’s always wanted to follow his dreams of working in the industry. A few years ago, he even acquired his real estate license, but that role didn’t fit into his lifestyle.
As a parent of two teenagers, time is Keith’s most valuable resource. He was unable to make time on the weekends to be a realtor, but he still knew real estate was for him. He started doing his research, listening to podcasts and audiobooks during his commute.
That’s when he heard about the Financial Freedom Cheat Sheet. Keith loved the idea of building a passive income through real estate, all while still having his nights and weekends with his kids.
He calculated his Freedom Number, and decided to reach out. He knew it was time to take action and begin his real estate investing journey. Very quickly after our first conversation, Keith purchased his first property.
Now he plans to snowball his progress, and acquire properties until he reaches that Freedom Number. He plans to purchase more single-family homes, as well as multi-family properties.
We’re ready to talk about your goals and want to help you learn more about earning legacy wealth for you and your family.
On today’s show, you’ll hear more from Keith about the sense of relief he felt after finally taking action, and the strategies he plans to use going forward in his investing business. Keith has a lot of insight to offer—don’t miss episode 17 of Investing in Real Estate!
