Matthew got his start in real estate a few years ago, when he started looking into purchasing multi-family properties in New Jersey. He experienced a few setbacks; every property he was interested in was destroyed Hurricane Sandy.

He felt discouraged and put his ideas of real estate investing on hold. Matthew changed courses and decided to build a custom single family home for himself.

However, everything changed recently when Matthew heard the Listen Money Matters Podcast. He immediately calculated his Freedom Number, and decided to begin building legacy wealth for his family.

As a research focused person with an entrepreneurial spirit, this decision made perfect sense to Matthew. He found that the system we use is simple and intuitive.

Matthew is a successful owner of one buy and hold rental property, and he has aspirational goals looking forward. He plans to acquire a total of 12 rental properties in the future, including one this year.
