More About This Show
Stefan Aarnio is a real estate investor, author, coach, and speaker. In just six and a half years, Stefan was able to become a self-made millionaire through raising capital for real estate. At just 22 years of age, he realized that his music career might never pay off.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, Stefan’s perspective changed. He took all of the energy that he’d previously dedicated to writing music and finding gigs, and poured it into learning about wealth building. He read all the real estate books he could find, and began attending seminars.

He learned everything he could about raising capital, and even worked at a private equity firm. Here, he learned all the skills he needed to go out on his own and rise money for his own deals. Stephan explains that obtaining money comes down to three specific principles: the money, the people, and the deal.

He posits that if you can find two out of those three elements, the third will come. Early in his career, he didn’t have money to invest, so he harnessed his time and energy into finding the right deals and the right people.

On today’s show, Stefan is sharing the specifics on how he created wealth through other people’s money. We’ll talk about his exact strategies, and what he looks for in a deal. We’ll also talk about how you can find the right people to finance your investments, and much more!
