More About This Show
Since 1996, Mitch has been a self-employed real estate investor. After learning about how to invest with other people’s money, he knew that he could create financial freedom through real estate. He has conducted over 1000 real estate deals in his career.

Mitch heard that financial freedom occurs when your passive income is greater than your wants and needs. He simply did the math and calculated how he could build up enough cash flow to cover his expenses and lifestyle.

Mitch also contributes much of his success to developing positive self-talk. He posits that self-talk is a powerful means to create momentum in your life. Mitch’s entire story is explained in his first book, My Life and 1000 Houses: Failing Forward to Financial Freedom. He shares how he built his real estate career, and attained financial freedom.

The book is Mitch’s memoir—he details his learning journey, including his revelations in business and life. Mitch has so graciously offered to give away the first 100 pages of his book to Investing in Real Estate listeners. Download your copy here.

On today’s show, Mitch is sharing what life events inspired him to cultivate change. We’ll discuss the books that changed his life, and how he started incrementally improving his net worth. Mitch’s story is so inspiring—you won’t want to miss this episode of Investing in Real Estate!
