The Truth About Investing in Your 50’s

My personal belief is that it’s never too late to start investing. I think that age is just a social construct. Your age says nothing about you, who you are, or what you can achieve! Don’t allow limiting beliefs about age stop you from pursuing your goals.

What to Consider Before Doing a Fix & Flip Deal

My biggest advice is this: don’t turn a fix and flip deal into a full-time job. Find a trustworthy team that can help you. You’ll need everything from a project manager to a property manager.

Also, be sure that you’re in a great market. Consider metrics like crime, vacancies, job growth, and school districts.
