  1. We buy in bulk. Think of it like Costco: when we buy in bulk, we’re able to pass down some of those savings to the customer. We buy lumber and building materials in large quantities and those savings are reflected on the final price tag.
  2. We negotiate great rates with property management companies. If you invest in a random market, you might not have a lot of great options when it comes to property management, and you could get stuck paying extra for their service. But rest assured that when you work with us, you’re getting an excellent, attentive team at a fair price.

  5. We offer ongoing support to help you build a real strategy and help you avoid costly mistakes. I know this from experience, if you’re a DIY investor, there’s a lot of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. There are a lot of dumb mistakes that can happen simply because you don’t yet have the experience or knowledge.
