How Morris Invest Profits on the Full-Service Real Estate Model

Our profit is earned on the sale of the property. There is no ongoing fee for our investors. Because we build and buy in bulk, we are able to offer more services and benefits to our clients without additional fees. When you buy a property from our team, you own it outright. We simply make a commission on the sale.

What Types of Markets Are Best for Investing

I’m not a fan of investing in the more volatile markets, especially during a pandemic! Now more than ever, you should look to invest in recession-resistant markets, even if that means investing outside of your backyard. Here are a few things I look for in a stable market:

  • Low vacancy rates
  • Steady, slow, and consistent appreciation
  • Population growth and job growth
  • Low crime rates
  • Proven property management companies

How to Set Up an LLC for Real Estate Investing

Before you spring to set up an LLC for real estate investing, it’s important to know whether this is the right move for you. In certain instances, it might not make sense to set up your legal entity right away.
