The first thing that I recommend for getting started without money is wholesaling. Once you learn wholesaling, you can do a few quick transactions and make enough money to secure your first buy and hold deal.
If wholesaling isn’t a fit for you, there are other options. You could always partner with other investors, utilize business credit, or network at meetups. At the end of the day, getting started without money comes down to making yourself valuable.
