For example, Dan has received a few letters from the Board of Health regarding his rental properties. Initially, he describes that he felt a sense of panic. But once he touched base with the team and realized how quickly and efficiently things were taken care of, he stopped worrying about it.
Additionally, Dan has experienced his first tenant turnover. And although he missed a couple months of rent in the process, Dan realized that big picture—it’s not a big deal. He explains that you have to expect these bumps in the road, and when they do occur, realize that the team is resolving it.
