What if I told you that visualizing your goals can bring them to fruition? Would you believe that you hold the power to materialize your thoughts? Whether your goal is to attain multiple rental properties, lose weight, or be the best version of yourself possible, it’s true.

On this episode of Investing in Real Estate, I’m interviewing Rod Khleif, a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate investor, author, mentor, and more! Rod has personally owned over 2000 real estate investments, and is passionate about helping people find success and fulfillment in their lives. On today’s show, Rod is sharing how to use visualization to reach your goals.

More About This Show
Rod Kleif began using visualization long before he realized what it was. When he was 18, he worked as a realtor and drove a Granada. One day his broker let him drive his Corvette, and he set his sights on the idea of one day owning his own. Rod cut a picture of a Corvette out of a magazine, and put it in his visor.

Within a year, he was driving his very own Corvette! He hadn’t intended for this to be a goal setting and manifesting exercise, but he quickly realized the power of visualization. Rod offers that in order to meet your goals, you must first know what they are, and why they’re important to you.

He recommends a journaling exercise in order to begin your visualization process. He insists that it is critical to be in a high-energy state in order to be most effective. Rod also recommends being well hydrated when you begin this exercise.

First, you should write down everything in your life you could ever possibly want. Include cars, properties, relationships, the kinds of charitable work you would like to do, and more. There are no limits. No goal is too small; no goal is too large. The important thing is that you sit down and write consistently for at least three minutes.

Vision boards, revisiting your goals regularly, and how to manifest money - using visualization to build wealth and a brilliant life.

The next step is to decide how long it will take you to achieve these goals. Rod recommends choosing the following spans: 1, 3, 5, and 10 years. Then, comb through the goals you’ve written down, and identify your top four one-year goals. Then write down why they’re important to you. Use emotional language, and find photos to put with your goals.

On today’s show, Rod will share the importance of revisiting your goals regularly. We’ll also discuss vision boards, and how to manifest money. Rod will also recount his experience working with Tony Robbins. Rod has so much wisdom to share; don’t miss episode 113 of Investing in Real Estate!
