Jeremy is a well-known CCIM instructor, author, and commercial real estate broker. He has taught thousands of investors all over the country how to build their portfolio via commercial real estate investing, and on today’s show, he’s sharing his knowledge!

Jeremy took an interesting route to the world of real estate investing. His initial plan was to teach college courses at the University of Virginia, and pursue buy and hold real estate on the side. However, while working toward his PHD in African History, he changed courses.

After his father gifted him a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Jeremy realized he needed to acquire assets and make smart financial decisions in order to build long-term wealth. He began researching more about investment and business. Ultimately, he decided to relocate back home to Boston where he obtained his real estate license.

He also purchased and flipped several pre-foreclosure properties before eventually landing on commercial real estate. Multiple peers encouraged Jeremy to take CCIM courses in order to become more proficient in the industry. He enrolled in their introductory courses, and as he describes, the light went on. Once he better understood the mechanics of commercial real estate, and how to look at deals, he knew he wanted to focus exclusively on commercial.

In his role at CreInvestEd, Jeremy works closely with investors to ensure they find opportunities that help them simultaneously grow their net worth and passive income. As a CCIM instructor, Jeremy is able to integrate his passion for teaching into the world of real estate.
