When Garrett refers to loopholes, he’s describing strategies that wealthy people have used for generations to protect themselves. At his company Corporate Direct, Garrett and his team help their clients set up legal entities, protect their assets, and learn more about taking advantage of legal and tax loopholes.

For example, because of the federal system in the United States, certain states provide more robust legal protection than others. Corporate Direct refers their clients to the states of Wyoming and Nevada for the best legal protection possible.
